Standards, Privacy, Transparency.....the essential ingredients for Trust.
Trust takes multiple forms. Trust between people, trust between schools and their partners, and trust between technology systems. As more curriculum moves online, trust in technology has become a critical conversation that schools haven't needed to worry about before. School officials, teachers, and parents need to trust that protected student information is not being shared unlawfully, or even just irresponsibly. The Trust Platform services allow schools to responsibly connect to online resources for education, while still ensuring they are following important Federal Guidelines about student privacy, and while still allowing parents to remain an important stakeholder in the learning process.
Pip is NOT in the business of selling student data to third-parties, OR in putting up barriers to innovation. We are focused on simplifying interactions in the classroom, and creating an environment of trust that allows great teachers to take advantage of the world of innovation online.
